M <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-32 <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> d. The frontage improvement for Brandt Road shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of an 84-foot <br /> ! right-of-way commercial street. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. <br /> (A $250. 00 fee currently is required for processing per <br /> Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage <br /> improvements. The estimate and legal description shall be <br /> prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public <br /> Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for <br /> approval. As an option the Department of Public Warks will <br /> prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of <br /> $100.00) . <br /> e. The development is subject to Drainage Trust Fund Fees, which <br /> are adjusted simi-annually. The present fee amounts to <br /> f <br /> $4950. 00 per acre. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. State on the Improvement Plans the maximum number of employees <br /> the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven <br /> over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines. <br /> b.
