DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil Engineer, <br /> showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> existing and proposed utility services, and grading, shall be <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> Storm drainage shall be retained on-site. Use of the adjacent <br /> pond shall not be allowed, unless a Drainage Agreement, <br /> a, acceptable to County Counsel, is recorded to ensure operation <br /> and maintenance of the shared retention pond. Run-off and <br /> { pond capacity calculation shall be submitted for approval. <br /> b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee is currently $2, 000. 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Office" , $1, 017 - 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Warehouse" , and <br /> $801. 00 pre 1, 000 square foot of building as "Manufacturing" <br /> in the Lockeford area.
