The applicant must <br /> file an application for facility permit/waste discharge with <br /> the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. . If the above. ground holding facility had to <br /> be . emptied you first would have to analyze the contents for <br /> any hazardous - material. BUILDING DIVIOSION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a.
