A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation for filling of earth material: <br /> 1) A grading plan shall. contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(1) . <br /> 2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> r <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> 3) Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> r Section 7014 for ".Engineered Grading Requirements" . <br /> 4) All recommendations of the soils engineering shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> 5) . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> E 6) All grading Permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> r <br /> departments. <br /> 7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits, or beginning <br /> of any construction. <br /> NOTE: This application requires a discretionary approval, (e.g. <br /> Tentative Map, Site Approval, Use Permit) . Therefore, a <br /> grading permit will not be issued until this approval is <br /> / obtained. <br /> V61:' <br /> /, The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> 1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped.
