The developer is Livermore Acres,Inc., 119-A Maple Avenue, Manteca, California 93336 <br /> (the ADeveloper@). The Developer first shall drill a test well at the well site before developing a groundwater <br /> well. Water-duality testing shall be provided at the Developers expense to ensure that the supply <br /> meets all applicable State and Federal drinking water standards. If the Ciroundwater Well-8 water <br /> quality does not meet those standards or the District, in the exercise of its reasonable discretion, <br /> disapproves of the water supplied by the test well,then the.Developer shall install and convey to the <br /> District necessary treatment equipment, or shall find an alternate source. Such an alternate source <br /> could include without limitation another groundwater well, rehabilitation of existing wells, <br /> contribution of funding toward future constriction of water system improvements, or some <br /> combination thereof Any alternate source shall be subject to State and :Federal drinking water <br /> -t- <br /> s <br />
