Prior to filing of the 'Final Map, the developer shall pay to San Joaquin County the <br /> developer's proportionate share of the following improvements, as identified In the <br /> Environmental Impact Report: <br /> (1) Signalization of the intersection of Tully Road and State Route 12188, including <br /> eastbound and westbound right-turn lanes. <br /> (2) Signalization of the intersection of Jack Tone Road Bypass and State Route <br /> 12188, including the addition of a eastbound through lane. <br /> (3) Signalization of the intersection of Jack Tone Road and Brandt Road, including <br /> the addition of turn lanes. (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. (Development Title Section 9-1120) <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. A letter from the <br /> ` water supplier shall be required which states that they have the capacity to serve the <br /> development and that the system meets State standards prior to recording the final map. <br /> C. Destroy any existing wells under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 4. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> a. The District's Dust Mitigation Control Practices shall be implemented during all <br /> construction and grading on the site. <br /> 5. MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT: <br /> a. All ground surfaces other than the proposed lake shall be graded to prevent ponding. <br /> b. Street gutter drop inlets and storm drains shall be free of either sediment or trash <br /> collection devices that can trap or hold water during low flow conditions.• <br /> C. All drainage shall flow into approved flood control systems. <br /> d. The proposed lake shall have a minimum depth of four feet. <br /> 1 <br />
