These <br /> mitigation measures are listed below. <br /> Statement of Fact: <br /> This impact will be reduced by the following: <br /> • As stated above for other Swainson's hawk related impacts,the developer is required to <br /> participate in the City of Stockton's Swainson's Hawk Habitat Conservation Program or <br /> provide 63 acres of off-site mitigation lands through fee title or conservation easements. <br /> B. TRAFFIC AND CIRCULATION <br /> B.1. Potentially Significant Impact: Proiect related traffic impacts to the intersection of State Route <br /> 12/88 and Brandt Road. <br /> The proposed project would generate approximately 2,798 vehicle trips per day and <br /> approximately 270 p.m. peak hour trips. Project traffic,when added to existing traffic conditions, <br /> PP h+ <br /> would lead to a drop in Level of Service (LOS) to LOS D during the weekday and weekend peak <br /> hours. <br /> Finding: <br /> Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the project which avoid or <br /> substantially lessen the significant environmental effects as identified in the Final EIR. These <br /> mitigation measures are listed below. <br /> Statement of Fact: <br /> E This impact will be reduced by the following: <br /> i <br /> The developer will be required to construct a deceleration lane for northbound traffic at <br /> the State Route 12188 and Brandt Road intersection and a left-tum pocket on the <br /> westbound Brandt Road approach at this intersection. <br /> t The developer will also be required to contribute fees in the amount of his'fair share`for <br /> the ultimate signall=ion of this intersection. <br />
