B. TRAFFIC AND CIRCULATION B.1. Potentially Significant Impact: Proiect related traffic impacts to the intersection of State Route 12/88 and Brandt Road. The proposed project would generate approximately 2,798 vehicle trips per day and approximately 270 p.m. peak hour trips. Project traffic,when added to existing traffic conditions, PP h+ would lead to a drop in Level of Service (LOS) to LOS D during the weekday and weekend peak hours. Finding: Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the project which avoid or substantially lessen the significant environmental effects as identified in the Final EIR. These mitigation measures are listed below. Statement of Fact: E This impact will be reduced by the following: i The developer will be required to construct a deceleration lane for northbound traffic at the State Route 12188 and Brandt Road intersection and a left-tum pocket on the westbound Brandt Road approach at this intersection. t The developer will also be required to contribute fees in the amount of his'fair share`for the ultimate signall=ion of this intersection.
