Statement of Fact: This impact will be mitigated via the Implementation of dust control measures as required by the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District during all construction and grading on the site. D. PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY DA. Potentially Sianficarrt Impact: Increased demand for water. The site has most recently been used for cattle grazing,with only minimal use of water. The project as proposed will create an increased demand for water. The wails used by the LCSD ars between 500 and 700 feet deep., The lake will pump nonpctable water from a shallow � aquifer,which Is expected to have no Impact on the District's wefts. ,
