These <br /> mitigation measures are listed below. <br /> Statement of Fact: <br /> This impact will be mitigated via the Implementation of dust control measures as required by the <br /> San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District during all construction and grading on the <br /> site. <br /> D. PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY <br /> DA. Potentially Sianficarrt Impact: Increased demand for water. <br /> The site has most recently been used for cattle grazing,with only minimal use of water. The <br /> project as proposed will create an increased demand for water. <br /> Finding, <br /> Changes or alterations have been required In, or Incorporated into, the project which avoid or <br /> substantially lessen the significant environmental effects as identified in the Final SIR.
