The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in a <br /> twenty five (25) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Persevere Lane to the property line <br /> c across the parcel's frontage. (A$670.00 fee currently is required for processing per <br /> Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description <br /> of the.parcel to be offered for dedication.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee <br /> schedule.) (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) . <br /> 3. The frontage improvements for Persevere Lane shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way rural residential road. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plan. (A$740.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title <br /> Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage <br /> improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a registered civil engineer with a typical <br /> section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to . <br /> the Department of Public Works for approval. As an option,the Department of Public Works <br /> will prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of$315.00.) (The fee due will be <br /> based on the current fee schedule.)
