Brandt Road, Lodi APN: 053-100-05 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Brandt Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> Persevere Lane is a private road that has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The right-of-way approach at Brandt Road shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17. To improve the line of sight within the <br /> right-of-way along the southeast snipe of Brandt Road and Persevere Lane,applicant shall trim <br /> the slope while still maintaining slope stability relative to the adjacent private property. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br />
