_ -January 12, 2007 <br /> NOA Project Number: E06157A <br /> J3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> No septic repair permits were found during file review at EHD on January 5, 2007. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> FAIn an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a recent aerial photograph available from Googlemaps.com.We counted the building clusters within <br /> one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building cluster has one septic <br /> system. Expected On-Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage <br /> Maximum expected on-site septic tank usage for the site would be for a primary residence.
