Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of $156.00 is required at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of $78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> 2. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and <br /> nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 3. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development for Parcel #1, Parcel #2 and <br /> Parcel #3. Parcel #4, the designated remainder parcel will require a percolation test prior to, <br /> being a buildable site. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 4. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and <br /> nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory.
