A parcel map waiver <br /> request has been submitted with the application. Located on the <br /> E. end of Brandt Rd. , E. of Clements. <br /> APPLICANT: Jack Dozier APN: 067-140-1 & 2, 023-180-2 , 023-250-1 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Brandt Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, and a ' <br /> planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Parcel Map requirement is waived. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9112) <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $2, 181. 00 per single family dwelling unit in the Lockeford <br /> area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304, R-91-1025) <br /> 3 .
