Destroy the pit privy under a-sanitation permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. The irrigation well on Parcel #1 must be repaired under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, <br /> Section 5-4100) as follows: The well discharge pipe must be plumbed over the <br /> top of the standpipe and have twice the diameter of the discharge pipe air gap '. <br /> from top of the stand pipe, or install San Joaquin County approved backflow <br /> valves. <br /> e.
