Except
for the home and barn, the present 2 , 540 acres is unimproved and is
devoted to the agricultural pursuit of raising cattle.
TEST RESULTS :
Parcel 'No. Test Hole Percolation Rate Minimum Usable
N0 . See
the attached "Field Percolation Data Sheets"and "Parcel Map" as
well as the text of this report for specific soil layer , character
and location details .
Well Water Analysis : None is required.
RECOMMENDATION: 10 , 000, 8, 000 and 12 , 000 square feet minimum usable
disposal areas are recommended for Parcel Nos . A, B, and C,
respectively, to accommodate subsurface horizontal leaching fields .
Because of the varying soil character , if at the time of
construction a location other than in the area tested is selected,
the use of 12 ,000 square feet minimum usable disposal areas in
combination with subsurface horizontal leach lines into seepage
pits at a maximum depth of twenty-five feet on Parcel Nos A, B, and
C would appear appropriate as indicated by the test results on
Percolation Test Hole No. C3 .
