A, B and C. Parcel Nos . <br /> !, A and C are to contain 829 acres each and Parcel No. B is to <br /> contain 792 acres . <br /> ExistingSepticSystems : <br /> z <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed for the <br /> subject property as well as the general area of the subject <br /> property. <br /> f <br /> Six (6) permits were studied. Four were along Brandt Road east <br /> of Clements Road and two were along Brandt Road west of Clements <br /> Road. No permits were found for the subject property. The septic <br /> systems were installed between November 2 , 1973 and December 20 , <br /> 1990. The soils encountered and listed in the six (6 ) permits were <br /> j clay cobbles , hardpan, "hard" soil , loam, and sandy loam. <br /> All of the noted installations utilized a combination of 40 <br /> feet long leech lines with 33" diameter <br /> pits at the end of the <br /> s <br /> lines to a depth of 25 feet . <br /> No permits for alterations or repairs to the septic systems <br /> after their initial installation were found. <br /> 4 <br /> i <br /> Existine Useā¢ <br /> The present 2 , 540 acre undivided parcel has .an existing home <br /> and a barn on it now and in the planned divided condition the <br /> existing home and barn will be situate on Parcel B (792 Acres) . <br /> Except for the home and barn, the present 2 , 540 acres is unimproved <br /> E <br /> and is devoted to the agricultural pursuit of raising cattle. <br /> Barmby Ranch Estate (Jack Dozier , Executor) 2 r <br /> - -- -- _ -- <br /> EH 13 11 <br />
