V. MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION PROGRAM <br /> All oil storage and use facilities will be maintained in a <br /> proper and safe condition. All maintenance will be completed as <br /> required, and should problems occur, they shall be corrected in a <br /> timely manner. <br /> Above ground tanks will be inspected by trained personnel, <br /> designated by the Plant Superintendent annually. This will be <br /> done in accordance with the report form shown as Figure 2 . <br /> Reports will be prepared for each individual tank. Items <br /> inspected will be checked (X) . Items found not to apply will be <br /> crossed out. If a problem is revealed, it will be specified <br /> under "Corrective Action" . Any corrective actions required shall <br /> be scheduled promptly to minimize the possibility of tank failure <br /> or leakage. <br /> Records of tank inspections will be kept on file by the <br /> _ Plant Office. The Plant Super-intendent will also be responsible <br /> for coordinating inspection activities. Any corrective actions <br /> required will be the responsibility of the Plant Superintendent. <br /> 6 <br />
