5. All spills of hazardous substances must be reported <br /> immediately to the Company. <br /> 6 . If a spill occurs, every effort must be made to prevent <br /> _ further spillage and to contain the spill. <br /> 7 . Storage tanks for oil or other hazardous substances must <br /> be placed in locations where spillage could not reach a <br /> waterbody, or they must be surrounded by a retaining <br /> structure sufficiently impervious to contain any <br /> spillage. <br /> Any contractor or vendor causing a spill is responsible for <br /> all cleanup costs.
