All four quadrants of the intersection are currently undeveloped with an <br /> embankment along the southeast quadrant. <br /> TRAFFIC VOLUME SURVEY <br /> I' �f <br /> A 12-hour manual turning movement count was conducted at Clements Road/Brandt Road <br /> on Wednesday, November 10, 1993. The count period extended from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM <br /> and traffic movements were recorded in 15 minute increments. Attachment "A" lists the <br /> �{ turning movements for all vehicles while Attachment 'B" lists the turning movements for <br /> 1 trucks only. Vehicle movements were categorized into passenger cars and large trucks. A <br /> total of 1238 vehicles were observed over the 12-hour count period. Of the 1238 vehicles, <br /> 342 (28%)were large trucks. On the east leg of the intersection (Brandt Road), 453 vehicles <br /> were observed (260 westbound and 193 eastbound). Attachments"C" and "D" presents the <br /> hourly fluctuations in passenger cars and truck traffic.
