DARWIN FARMS, INC. <br /> 1.- Permitted _Accessory Uses: Permitted accessory uses shall be <br /> limited to sand. <br /> gravel, and placer gold separation plants; a <br /> rock crushing plant; and a concrete batching plant. <br /> 2. Stock illn : All stockpiles of soil, sand, gravel , and ruck <br /> - - -- shall be located at least twenty-five ( 25 ) feet from all <br /> - property lines. <br /> 3. Private Roads: Prior to the commencement of operations, the <br /> first one hundred ( 100) feet of the private access road north <br /> of Brandt Road shall be surfaced in the manner approved ��and <br /> ,inspected by the Public Works Department . <br /> 4 . Erosion Control : Excavated areas shall be revegetated ;:in j <br /> compliance with the approved excavation and rehabilitation <br /> Schedule and the Soil Conservation Service (SCS) Plan dated <br /> December 16 , ' 1985 . <br /> 5. Noise, _ Unsightliness : <br /> Vibration, Dust. and The operating � <br /> Practices utilized shall minimize noise, vibration, dust, and <br /> unsightliness. <br /> 6. Hours of Operation: With the exception of periods of <br /> declared National , State, or County emergency, daily opera- <br /> tions shall be restricted to the period between five (5)'� a.m. <br /> and nine (9) p.m, of the seasonal time standard then in <br /> effect . <br /> 7 . Lighting: The applicant shall not allow any lighting 1F <br /> established on the project site to illuminate Brandt Road or <br /> the parcels adjacent to the project site . E <br /> 8 . Emissions : Prior to the commencement of operations , the <br /> applicant shall obtain all permits applicable under the '�rules <br /> and regulations of the San Joaquin County Air Pollutioni'll <br /> Control District. <br /> 9. Replacement of Topsoil : Topsoil and overburden to an average <br /> depth of three (3) feet shall be set aside and shall beil� <br /> replaced in compliance with the approved excavation and reha- <br /> bilitation schedule. <br /> 10. Weed Control. : Prior to the commencement of operations,iithe <br /> applicant shall obtain approval by the Agriculture <br /> Commissioner of a noxious weed control plan, <br /> 11 . Health Considerations : Operations shall not cause health or <br /> sanitary problems to develop. <br /> 12.
