Rehabilitation Schedule: The project site shall be exca,ll'ated <br /> and rehabilitated in compliance with the excavation and reha- <br /> bilitation schedule approved by the Planning Commission. ! <br /> 18 . Duration of Approval: This permit is approved for ten ( 10) <br /> years, until January 16 , 1996 . The permit shall become null <br /> and void except as to its rehabilitation requirements if.� <br /> operations are discontinued for a period of at least eighteen <br /> ( 18 ) months. M <br /> 19.
