Rehabilitation Schedule: The project site shall be exca,ll'ated <br /> and rehabilitated in compliance with the excavation and reha- <br /> bilitation schedule approved by the Planning Commission. ! <br /> 18 . Duration of Approval: This permit is approved for ten ( 10) <br /> years, until January 16 , 1996 . Guarantee of 'Performance: Prior to the commencement of <br /> operations, the applicant shall provide to San Joaquin <br /> - County a financial guarantee to ensure rehabilitation of,1the <br /> site and compliance with conditions of approval.
