This will involve creating a high point in the pit at tl.a location
of the watershed boundary and sloping away from this high point towards the
ii
appropriate drainway. Currently, the bottom slopes in only one direction.
or
(2) A drainage study must be submitted which shows that either the downstream
drainage facilities can handle the additional runoff or that the proposed plan will
not increase runoff from the site to the affected drainways. The fee is due and payable prior to approval of the excavation plan. The
fee currently is$164.07 per additional daily trip-end in the Lockeford area. The fee shall
be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index
as published by the Engineering News Record.
