The condition of Brandt Road, from the site to Clements Road, shall be reviewed with the Department of Public Works prior to the start of excavation and prior to the beginning of each phase. d. A bond or cash deposit in the sum of $10, 000. 00 shall be filed with the Department of Public Works guaranteeing that, if the Permittee fails, refuses, or neglects to repair, under permit, any damages to Brandt Road, which may result from the Permittee 's operationhs, the Department of Public Works may do the work necessary to P Y Y restore Brandt Road equal to, or better than, its original condition, using the funds from the said'I bond or cash deposits.
