Discharge Prohibitions: <br /> 1. Discharge of wastes to surface waters or surface water drainage courses is prohibited. <br /> 2. Operation of an asphalt plant or a concrete plant shall not be performed without providing <br /> the Executive Officer at least 180 days notice prior to placement of the plant. The notice <br /> shall include a description of the wastewater generation which will result from the asphalt <br /> or concrete plant as described in Provision E_1.c. <br /> 3. The discharge of washwater from Readymix Portland Cement concrete plant operations <br /> to the settling ponds is prohibited. <br /> 4. The discharge of domestic waste to the process wastewater settling ponds is prohibited. <br /> discharge <br /> 5. The discharge shall not cause the degradation of any water supply. <br /> 7. Gold recovery techniques shall not employ any chemical method of recovery. Chemical <br /> ' methods including amalgamation, cyanide leach, or any other chemical method are <br /> prohibited. - <br />
