List of Organizations and Persons Consulted • Authors of the Environmental Document • References • Technical Appendices All technical reports prepared in conjunction with the Draft EIR will be included as technical appendices. .Additional reports prepared by the County, but used in the analysis, may also be attached. 1.5: Prepare Draft EIR MBA will respond to the County's comments on the Administrative Draft EIR, complete necessary revisions, and publish the Draft EIR for public review. Once the product is determined ready for public distribution, MBA will take responsibility for distribution of the Draft EIR. r ' To facilitate this process, MBA will proceed as outlined below. 1. Coordinate with the County staff that will assemble comments on, and suggested revisions to, the Administrative Draft EIR. This proposal assumes that the County will provide one set of final unified staff comments. 2. Prepare and reproduce the Draft EIR for submittal to the County for a final proof- check review.prior to distribution to the public. Submit six (6) copies on CD and six (6) printed bound copies to County Staff for review. 3. Produce one hundred (100) hard copies, including one unbound "camera ready" copy, and ten (10) digital compact disc, web-supportable format of the Draft EIR,. Based on a distribution list prepared during the NOP process, MBA will distribute up to 35 copies of the Draft EIR by certified mail to public agencies, the general public, and other interested parties. MBA will deliver 15 copies of the Draft EIR to the State Clearinghouse, along with the Notice of Completion (NOC). MBA will prepare the Notice of Availability (NOA) and Public Notice, but assumes that the County will file the required local notices (newspaper, County Clerk). The 45-day public and agency review period will commence once the documents are submitted to the State l Clearinghouse and made available for public review. a
