Once the product is <br /> determined ready for public distribution, MBA will take responsibility for distribution of the <br /> Draft EIR. <br /> r ' <br /> To facilitate this process, MBA will proceed as outlined below. <br /> 1. Coordinate with the County staff that will assemble comments on, and suggested <br /> revisions to, the Administrative Draft EIR. This proposal assumes that the County <br /> will provide one set of final unified staff comments. <br /> 2. Prepare and reproduce the Draft EIR for submittal to the County for a final proof- <br /> check review.prior to distribution to the public. Submit six (6) copies on CD and six <br /> (6) printed bound copies to County Staff for review. <br /> 3. Produce one hundred (100) hard copies, including one unbound "camera ready" <br /> copy, and ten (10) digital compact disc, web-supportable format of the Draft EIR,. <br /> Based on a distribution list prepared during the NOP process, MBA will distribute up <br /> to 35 copies of the Draft EIR by certified mail to public agencies, the general public, <br /> and other interested parties. MBA will deliver 15 copies of the Draft EIR to the State <br /> Clearinghouse, along with the Notice of Completion (NOC). MBA will prepare the <br /> Notice of Availability (NOA) and Public Notice, but assumes that the County will file <br /> the required local notices (newspaper, County Clerk). The 45-day public and agency <br /> review period will commence once the documents are submitted to the State <br /> l Clearinghouse and made available for public review. <br /> a <br />
