QX-91-04 OF EDWARD AND FRANCES <br /> QUESTO (TERRA RESOURCES, INC. ) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed this application and <br /> will be recommending that the Quarry Excavation be approved subject <br /> to the following recommended Conditions of Approval: <br /> I Time Limits <br /> The excavation permit shall lapse and become void, if all of the <br /> following are not accomplished within 18 months of the date of <br /> approval: <br /> a) All conditions of approval have been complied with. <br /> b) All necessary building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical <br /> permits have been secured and have not lapsed; <br /> C) All necessary permits of other public agencies have been <br /> secured and have not lapsed. (Section 9-1112 . 5) <br /> The excavation shall be completed by June 17, 1994 . Rehabilitation <br /> shall be completed prior to December 17 , 1994 , or six months after <br /> the completion of excavation, whichever is sooner. <br /> If operations cease for period of eighteen (18) months or more, <br />'k the Excavation Permit shall lapse and become void except for any <br /> requirements to rehabilitate the site. (Section 9-2244 [x] ) <br /> A one-time extension of 12 months may be approved by the County. <br /> Requests for extension of time must be filed with the Development <br /> fServices Division prior to the expiration date. (Section 9-1112 . 5) <br /> Conditions of Approval <br /> The following conditions shall be fulfilled prior to beginning <br /> operations: No ' s. 12 , 18 and 21. <br /> 1. No solutions other than water shall be used in the processing <br />
