The concerns for groundwater contamination in this area are <br /> deemed moderate due to the depths involved. Insecticides,pesticides, and fertilizers typicall�D <br /> ndt' pact groundwater at these depths, however, as with any agricultural area, there is always <br /> potential for contamination due to chemicals used in the farming operation. <br /> 4.3 Description of location, type and construction of well and location where water sample(s) <br /> F, were obtained: Water samplesew re en m a spigot at the well located at 18112 S. Brennan <br /> Avenue on October 10, 2010 by M-e Toy of Dillon& Murphy.,-- <br /> F4.4 Description of constit�ts being tested for in the water sample: The water samples are <br /> being tested for nitrates-aiid DBCP. <br /> 1. . 4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled, stored, and transported to the lab: <br /> The water samples were obtained from the spigot at the well located at 18112 S. Brennan Avenue. <br /> The samples were taken by Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy, and driven directly to <br /> Precision Enviro-Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision <br /> Enviro-Tech requirements. (See Appendix for test results). <br /> 4.6 Complete Chain of Custody document, including printed and signed name of third party <br /> sampler, condition of sample and date and time the sample was submitted to the lab. The holes were excavated to a depth of 42 inches and 8 inches in <br /> diameter.
