A storage container currently is situated upon the property that contains all of the <br /> belongings of the previous owner of the property,Ms. Barbara Burk. Ms. Burk willmove <br /> into one of the new residential structures to be built on the subject property once it is <br /> completed. <br /> § 1.2 Description of proposed development is to include subdividing the subject parcel in half <br /> and construct SFR structures on each individual parcel. As illustrated on the Aerial <br /> Photograph Map found in Appendix A, the subject property is in a residential neighborhood <br /> and is zoned residential. Therefore, the proposed land use conforms with zoning. <br /> Environmental conditions and operations that may take place on the property in the future <br /> must be in strict compliance with City of Stockton Codes. <br /> § 1.3 Parcel location map is found in Appendix A and D. <br /> § 1.4 The Tentative Map showing the location of all items on the subject Parcels is also found in <br /> Appendix A, with the addition of applicable items. These include'a driveway and trees. <br /> There are no ponds, a pool or waterways are on the parcel and no natural drainage courses. <br /> Stormwater from the property drains into the stormwater drain for the City of Stockton. <br /> The property is connected to California Water Service and city sewer service;therefore, <br /> there is no septic system or domestic well on the property, or surrounding properties. <br /> § 2.0 PAST, PRESENT AND.PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THE SITE <br /> a <br /> § 2.1 Past use of the property has been as a residential structure for the past approximate 40 <br /> years. Prior land use,was either as irrigated farmland or most likely dry land farming. <br /> Present use is currently to raze the two SFRs. Future use of the site will include the <br /> construction of the two referenced single-family residential structures. These activities <br /> should not contribute to potential environmental problems. <br /> § 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES <br /> OF CONTAMINATION <br /> § 3.1 Discussion of the methods used to research and investigate the potential or known above <br /> ground and below ground sources of contamination at the site include the following: The <br /> first source of environmental information is the Rec-Check document referenced in the <br /> Introduction. This document provides all available public environmental information <br /> surrounding the subject property for a one mile radius. <br /> The second source of information was Mr. Doug Wilson of the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department, consulted for a Resource Conservation and Recovery <br /> Act(RCRA) site adjacent to the subject property. <br /> Pa a -3- <br /> Chesney Consulting <br />
