As an option the Department of <br /> Public Workswill prepare the drawing and estimate for <br /> an additional fee of $100. 00. ) <br /> ORDINANCE RE UIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> a <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> C. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on- <br /> site parking, existing and proposed utility services, and <br /> grading, shall be submitted to the Department of Public <br /> Works for approval. <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the <br /> i Environmental Health Division. <br /> t b. if floor drains are required, they must be plumbed <br /> through a and/oil separator and discharged to an above <br /> ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. This system must be designed by a registered <br /> engineer. Applicant must file an application for <br /> facility permit/waste discharge with the California <br /> Valley Region. The application forms can be obtained <br /> from the Environmental Health Division. If the above <br /> { ground holding facility had to be emptied you first would <br /> + have to analyze the contents for any hazardous material. <br /> You can obtain specific test requirements from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> C. If hazardous material is stored on-site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> d.
