If the above <br /> ground holding facility had to be emptied you first would have <br /> to analyze the contents for any hazardous material, you can <br /> obtain specific test requirements from the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> 3 . If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> 4• If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain a EPA <br /> identification number and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> .
