Y <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent <br /> (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping <br /> along the street frontage. Ten trees shall be planted, evenly spaced throughout the <br /> parking lot. A five-foot planting strip is required in'the parking lot along the property <br /> line(s). SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Storage areas for trash shall be enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> k. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project: <br /> (1) Future Tenants shall comply with the performance standards specified in Table 9- <br /> 1025.9 of the Development Title. <br /> I. FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of Appendix 111-A of the <br /> Uniform Fire Code(public water mains). <br /> (2) Fire hydrants shall be supplied in accordance with Appendix III-B of the Uniform Fire <br /> Code. <br /> (3) Fire protection systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the <br /> California Building Code and the California Electrical Code. <br /> (4) All valves controlling the water supply for automatic fire sprinkler systems and water- <br /> flow switches shall be monitored in accordance with 904.3.1 of the California Fire Code. <br /> (5) Fire department access to buildings shall be in accordance with 902.4 Key Boxes: A <br /> knox box shall be installed according to fire department instructions. <br /> (6) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Volume 2, <br /> Standard 10-1. <br /> (7) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life <br /> or property.
