(APN 177-260-25) (SA-00-47) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers <br /> the following comment: <br /> 1 . Although the subject parcel lies outside the adopted boundary of the South Stockton <br /> Community Facilities District 90-1 (Sewer District), the airport area is subject to the CFD <br /> 90-1 Airport "In-Lieu" Fee program adopted by the City Council on July 1, 1996, <br /> Resolution No. 96-0333. The current"in-Lieu" fee of$7,157.48/acre is based upon the <br /> legal parcel size or documented ground lease area, a copy of which must be provided <br /> prior to fee determination. The "In-Lieu" fee is subject to adjustment at the time of <br /> application for sewer connection and is due and payable at time of connection along <br /> with the other standard connection fees. All appropriate fees and charges must be paid <br /> and the necessary permit(s) obtained before connection to the sanitary system will be <br /> allowed. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
