The proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plan,
Specific Plan, and Special Purpose Plan, and any other applicable plan adopted by the County.
• This finding can be made because the R-R (Rural Residential) zoning designation
permits the proposed subdivision, subject to an approved Major Subdivision
application, and no Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan applies to this site.
2. The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and
any applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan.
• This finding can be made because the lot sizes and widths meet the minimum
requirements of the R-R zone. fan-site water and sewage disposal facilities and a
terminal drainage system will be provided In accordance with appropriate General
Plan policies and Development Title requirements.
3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed.
• This finding can be made because the site is relatively flat, has frontage on a publicly
maintained roadway, and provides through access to adjoining public roadways.
4. The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development.
• This finding can be made because the tentative map shows that the County standards
and General Plan requirements are satisfied.
5. Neither the design of the subdivision nor any proposed improvements are likely to cause
substantial environmental damage or substantiaiiy and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their
habitat.
This finding can be made because an Initial Study prepared for the project did not
Identify any significant, adverse impacts to fish or wildlife species or to habitat that
supports such species.
San Joaquin County SU-92-6/Acampo Estates
Community Development Page 5
