Work Plan for Monitoring Well Closures 7500 W 11`h. St., Tracy, CA Page 2 of 2 <br /> a <br /> • At each of the well sites the well casings will be over-drilled using hollow- <br /> stem augers operated by a contractor holding a C57 contractor's license issued by <br /> the California Contractors State License Board so as to completely remove the ly <br /> casings over their total depth. The drill cuttings will be transported using a front <br /> loader for temporary storage on industrial plastic on the 7500 W, 1 i th. Street site. <br /> • Following extraction of the well casing the borings at each well site will be tremie <br /> grouted with Type II Portland Cement until they are full to the surface. <br /> • At well sites MW-6, MW-8, MW-9, MW-10, MW-11, and MW-19 a contractor <br /> holding a Class A contractor's license issued by the California Contractors State <br /> License Board will be engaged to repave the temporarily patched surfacing with <br /> not bituminous macadam in compliance with the requirements of the San Joaquin. <br /> County Department of public works. Following ficial paving those well sites and <br /> the site of Monitoring Well MW-13 which will be restored using concrete will be <br /> inspected by a San Joaquin County Department of Public Works inspector. <br /> * Following completion of the well closures and application, supported1by the <br /> results on analyses of the drill cuttings generated at the time the monitoring wells <br /> were installed, will be made to the Forward Landfill ' Mara ce a California for <br /> acceptance of the material at that permitted disposal ami Lrj' Following acceptance <br /> of the waste by Forward, all of the drill cuttings, we casings and debris and the <br /> industrial plastic on which it had been temporarily stockpiled will be loaded into <br /> an end dump truck and transported under a special waste manifest to that facility <br /> for disposal. - <br /> • On completion of the work all areas of the site will be left in a clean and neat condition <br /> free of mud, dirt, debris or surface staining. rr <br /> D.
