March 28, 2007 <br /> /N NOA Project Number: E06122A <br /> Potentialground-water contamination can occur from a number of sources which often include <br /> leaky underground storage tanks, agricultural activities, dairies, septic systems, and storm water ?/) <br /> v/ infiltration. Any past agricultural activities and the present use of septic systems in the area should <br /> be considered potential ground-water contamination sources. <br /> 4.3 Water Sample Location <br /> No wells exist on site. No well permits were found during a file review on February 15, 2007 at the C � <br /> EHD. No water sample wastaken or analyzed. <br /> 4.4 Water Sample Constituents <br /> ` No water sample was taken or analyzed for the subject property. <br /> 5.0 SOIL PROFILE AND GEOLOGIC INFORMATION <br /> The Site is depicted on the USGS Geologic Maki of the San.Francisco-San Jose Quadrangle(1991) as within <br /> the Quaternary Modesto Formation (Plate 7). These map units represent arkosic alluvium forming <br /> Mokelumne River terraces, channel ridges and alluvial fans. The alluvium is a tan and light-gray <br /> gravely sand, silt and clay except where derived from volcanic rocks when it is distinctly red and <br /> black with minor brown clasts. <br /> The surface and near surface soils located at Site are reported by the San Joaquin County Soil Survey to <br /> E be composed of Urban Land and Hollenbeck silty clay, 0 to 2 percent slopes, (Plate 7) (USDA, <br /> 1992).
