In addition, the existing San Joaquin County <br /> and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineates flood risks, <br /> floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. The <br /> reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, <br /> Region IY, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, <br /> telephone (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the Department <br /> of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps <br /> will be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Canepa Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned <br /> richt-of-wav width of 50 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> The Department of Public Works recommends denial of this aonlication due to <br /> the fact there is no terminal drainage system available . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135 . 3) <br /> If the application is approved, the following recommendations will apply: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> (Levelopment Title Section 9-915 . 2) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are <br /> developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit <br /> application. (The fee currently is $1, 991 per sinale-family dwelling <br /> unit in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304 .
