L
Individually, some of these impacts are extremely significantly, some less so. plant'
Cumuiativly, however, they are disastrous for the area involved, its facilities, wildlife,
life and human inhabitants. When considered together with the additional nearby recently
rezoned parcel whose owners' development request can be anticipated, the situation is
even further exacerbated.
In short, one simply can't drop a one acre lot subdivision on a piece of prime
entialauses and expect there to be
farmland in the middle of agricultural and multi-acre resid
anything but ongoing significant detrimental effects and conflict.
In addition, even a cursory analysis of the real estate market in the area discloses
many Unsold houses and building lots. There is,currently no excess and Unmet demand for
this type of development and the lots contemplated. Thus, there is absolutely no benefit to
counteract these many, varied, and significant adverse effects of the proposed subdivision.
We, as do the vast majority of the Morada residents, vigorously oppose this
proposal for the reasons outlined above together with others:that do not come to mind. If
allowed, this development will have substantial adverse effects on the environment and
quality of life in this area. Further, this will have been done for no good societal benefit or
need.
Very ruly yours,
LL
William and Karen Hale
8901 Hildreth Lane
