Carrot Subdivision Time Extension Request <br /> Dear Mr.Gau; <br /> On May 6, 1999,several representatives of the Morada Assoc and the Masada M.AC.attended a <br /> Planning Commission meeting with the intent of speaking in opposition to Iteru#2"Time extension request <br /> for maior Ub&tlion No SU-92-15 of James Catrol,et al(clo Dillion&Mu mhx-enain2gji as found on <br /> the Planning CornmLssions official meeting agenda dated Thursday May 6,1999. <br /> Our representatives arrived at the planning meeting early and our main spokesman signed in Our <br /> Item was second on the a&%& The Commission first beard the"time extension"petition by the <br /> representing attorney,however even over the objections of two Planning Commissioners failed to allow <br /> anyone to speak in opposition to the"tune extension". We believe that this failure is in violation of the <br /> Brown Act. <br /> The Ralph M Brown Act guarantees the public the right to attend and participate in meetings of <br /> local legislative bodies. Clearly Chapter IV(c)pg.32 and 33,as well as ChqAu V(c)pg.43 and 44, <br /> explains the rights of the public to testify.
