At that time I was appearing to oppose a time extension requested by James <br /> Carroll to start his subdivision (492-14(Tract No. 2139)). Mr. Carroll's representative <br /> was allowed to to speak initially before the hearing on the merits and requested a <br /> continuance of four months. I was not allowed to speak by the Board . In fact, I stoodf <br /> up to indicate my desire to speak and was told to sit down. Along with me were <br /> representatives of the Morada Advisory Committee and the Morada Area Assocication <br /> who also wanted to be heard on this issue of a continuance. <br /> This is in violation of The Brown Act, Chapter 4 (C). <br /> Pursuant to Government Code 54960.1, I request that the matter of a continuance <br /> be put on for hearing before the neat scheduled Board meeting along with the request for <br /> a time extension so that I, along with representatives of the Morada Advisory Council and <br /> Morada Area Association can present our position to the Planning Commission. <br /> If you view this demand for a correction complete or inadequate, please let me <br /> know in writing. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> LAW OFFICES OF KENNETH N.
