McMahon : <br /> Caltrans has reviewed the Morada Meadows DEIR for a 36 unit single <br /> family subdivision located east of Route 99 north of Hammer Lane and <br /> offer the following comments : <br /> This project will not have significant traffic impacts on the transpor- 2 <br /> tation system in the area . Cumulative impacts from other developments will <br /> have significant impacts on Route 99 and the interchanges at Hammer Lane, <br /> Morada Lane and Eight Mile Road. A map showing the location of other <br />^ developments in the area should be provided. <br /> The traffic diagrams on Page 36 and 37 are not complete in that west <br /> bound traffic is not shown from the west frontage road nor from the east 3 <br /> frontage road .
