Distribution
Existing traffic flows were examined in order to develop
vehicle distribution . In addition, previous traffic studies
completed in the project study area were examined for vehicle
distribution . 5 Consideration has been given to project access
points as well as project site location with respect to other
intersections in the area . Based on these factors, the proposed
project ' s AM and PM peak hour trips have been distributed on the
surrounding street network and are shown in Figures 7 and 8 .
a. Intersection Operation with Project +
Existing intersection LOS for the AM and PM peak hours would
0
remain unchanged with the addition of project traffic (see Table
4 ) . Signal warrants would continue to be met at the intersection
of West Frontage/Hammer.
34
