Intersection LOS was then L � <br /> calculated to determine their effect on traffic flows ( see Table ��Jf <br /> 4 ) . <br /> The analysis for development west of Highway 99 including the <br /> H.D. Arnaiz project is beyond the scope of this analysis. Traffic <br /> impacts relating to this development will be addressed in the <br /> forthcoming EIR for this project. <br /> As shown in Table 5 , peak hour trips from the six cumulative <br /> projects (excluding the Arnaiz project) would not affect <br /> intersection LOS during the peak hours. Motorists would notice <br /> the heaviest volume increases at the intersection of West <br /> Frontage/Hammer. Since signal warrants are met for the <br /> intersection under existing traffic conditions, these projects <br /> would add proportionately to that need . <br /> �.J <br /> 38 <br />
