A raised,median shall be installed at the State Highway Route 12188.and the east access <br /> intersection to allow for right-turn-in and right-turn-out movements only. The median shall be <br /> designed such that the Mira Vista Lane connection on the north side of State Highway Route <br /> i 12188 at this intersection will have left-turn access to and from the highway. <br /> x. The applicant/developer shall pay fair share contribution for the future signalization of State <br /> Highway Route 12188 and Brandt Road. The fair share amount shall be$16,750.00and <br /> shall be paid prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> y. A State of California Storm Water Drainage Permit shall be obtained, if required, prior to <br /> approval of the Improvement Plans. <br /> NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one acre of soil shall <br /> require a State NPDES construction permit. <br /> 4. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface <br /> I contamination report identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination <br /> caused by past or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point <br /> sources of hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential <br /> I point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. The <br /> report shall be submitted to Environmental Health to recording the Final Map. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-905.12) <br /> l <br /> b. Written confirmation is required from the Lockeford Community Services District that <br /> improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any <br /> improvements for public sewer required by the agency. In addition, written confirmation from <br /> the Lockeford Community Services District that the agency has or will have the sewer <br /> capacity to serve the development is also required. (Development Title Section 9-110.3) <br /> c. A letter from the water supplier of Lockeford Community Service District will be required <br /> stating that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets <br /> State standards prior to recording the Final Map. (Development Title Section 91100.3) <br /> d. Destroy any abandoned agricultural wells under permit and inspection by Environmental <br /> Health. This project will be subject to the District's Indirect Source Review Rule(Rule 9510).
