The analysis was completed by Dowling Associates
and approved by the Public Works Department on July 28, 2005. Intersections and traffic
volumes were studied. The purpose of the traffic analysis was to determine if any traffic
mitigation measures are necessary to Country Club Boulevard and Carlton Avenue to
accommodate the anticipated traffic from the proposed multi-purpose room site. The analysis
indicates the additional project traffic would have a less than significant impact on the levels
of service to surrounding roadways. In addition, the effects of using the existing restaurant
I driveway would cause less than significant effects'on circulation and safety.
Reduced Parking for the Restaurant
Parking requirements for the Restaurant are addressed above.
Height of Light Poles
Although the height of light poles is not addressed in the Development Title, lighting
requirements are addressed above.
+{ Privacy
3
See the screening, landscaping and.setback requirements above.
Planning Commission
As a result of the level of opposition, the project will be referred to the Planning Commission
at a date to be determined in the future.
KK:vb
i PA-0400396(SA)DCKK110905
Attachments
C: Stockton Chinese Baptist Church
Henry Chan
i
4
I
I
