More information on topography with contour lines to be provided. <br /> Describe any existing drainage courses or eroded areas on or near the project site: <br /> Biological Resources <br /> Describe any wildlife habitat or species on-site: <br /> Critical Issues Assessment report prepared by Dudek in October 2018 identified the proposed project site may be subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-species Habitat Conservation and Cajon Space Plan(SJMSCP) <br /> ased on the review of the project site the Natural Diveristy Database lists the Burrowing Owl,Swainson's Hawk,Special Status Plans and Valley Elderberry Longhorn Beetle has the potential to occur on or near the project.area. <br /> Given the site and proposed transmission mute has been previously disturbed 4 is unlikely that any wildlife habitat or species occur in the project—Nevertheless,the presence of wildlife habitat or species will be analyzed in detail during CEOA review. <br /> Identify any waterways and/or riparian habitat that may be disturbed by the proposed project: (See Chapter 9-1510 of the <br /> Development Title for Riparian Habitat Regulations): <br /> Critical Issues Assessment report prepared by Dudek in October of 2018 identified NWI data did not indicate any federal jurisdictional wetlands within the project area. <br /> NO constrains for wetland waters/permits is anticipated. However,during CEOA review pursuant to Section 404 and 401 of the Clean Water Act the project area will be evaluated for waters of the United States and compliance with if necessary <br /> Identify any Native Oak trees, Heritage Oak trees or Historical trees that may be disturbed by the proposed project: (See Chapter 9- <br /> 1505 of the Development Title for Tree Regulations). <br /> Site is flat and previously disturbed tilled land there are no trees located within proposed project area. <br /> Trees identified along proposed access routes will be evaluated prior to removal for compliance with Natural Resource Regulations identified in San Joaquin Development Title for Tree Regulations. <br /> Cultural Resources <br /> Describe any items of historical or archaeological interest on-site: <br /> The project site area has been previously disturbed for vegetation management it is not anticipated that any items of historical or archaeological interest <br /> will be identified on site.
