The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay user fees for the <br /> utility services from the time improvements are accepted by the County <br /> until the lots are placed on the County tax rolls, or up to an <br /> eighteen-month period, as the case may be_ <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66493) i <br /> 15 . All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual on Uniform <br /> Traffic Control Devices and San Joaquin County Standards and shall;' be <br /> shown on the improvement plans . <br /> (Development Title Section 9--1150 .2) <br /> 16 _ Glenda Circle, which is stubbed for future extension on Phase 1, will <br /> require a temporary turnaround. Provisions shall be made for removal <br /> of the temporary turnaround upon demand by the County, including <br /> security to ensure its removal .
