The San Joaquin County Traffic Engineer should analyze proposed overall
traffic circulation in the vicinity of this subdivision to determine the adequacy
of 50'wide right-of-ways on those streets connecting with collector roadways.
These streets may require 60' wide right-of-ways to accommodate
anticipated traffic flows.
i
2. The ownerlapplicant has not made application to the City of Stockton for
sanitary sewer service to serve this subdivision, nor has the City agreed to
serve this development. The ownerlapplicant shall request a "Will Serve"
letter for sanitary sewer service from the City of Stockton Municipal Utilities
t
Department.
