The San Joaquin County Traffic Engineer should analyze proposed overall <br /> traffic circulation in the vicinity of this subdivision to determine the adequacy <br /> of 50'wide right-of-ways on those streets connecting with collector roadways. <br /> These streets may require 60' wide right-of-ways to accommodate <br /> anticipated traffic flows. <br /> i <br /> 2. Frontage improvements including, but not limited to, curb, gutter, sidewalk, <br /> street lighting, and all necessary infrastructure should be installed prior to <br /> commencement of site development. <br /> a <br /> 3. The ownerlapplicant has not made application to the City of Stockton for <br /> sanitary sewer service to serve this subdivision, nor has the City agreed to <br /> serve this development. The ownerlapplicant shall request a "Will Serve" <br /> letter for sanitary sewer service from the City of Stockton Municipal Utilities <br /> t <br /> Department. This request shall be directed to Morris Allen, Director of <br /> Municipal Utilities, City of Stockton, 2500 Navy Drive, Stockton, CA 95206. <br /> l Upon receipt of this request, the City will determine if sewer service can <br /> and/or will be provided.
