The grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 (1) , complete <br /> drainage details and elevations of adjacent parcels . A traffic study shall be prepared to determine the impacts and <br /> mitigation measures on the intersection of Carpenter Road and <br /> South 99 Frontage Road and on the intersection of Carpenter Road ' <br /> and Mariposa Road. s <br /> f The developer shall deposit funds with the County for all costs , !.as <br /> k estimated by the Department of Public Works Public Facilities !i <br /> Division, prior to Department of Public works preparing or contracting <br /> for the required study. Any mitigations required by the traffic .,study <br /> shall be provided by the applicant. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150 .4) <br /> 19 . Submit a Traffic Circulation Plan for the area bounded by <br /> Carpenter Road, Munford Avenue, Mariposa Road and South 99 <br /> f Frontage Road. <br /> 20 . This development is subject to reapportionment under the <br />' San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency Assessment District <br /> No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project) . An application <br /> requesting the reapportionment of the unpaid portion of the <br /> assessment, along with payment of the reapportionment fee, shall be <br /> provided prior to recording the Final Map. <br /> 21 . The Tentative Map shall be revised to show the following: <br /> A. Water system including location of source. <br /> B . Sewer system including location of discharge. <br /> C.
