Page 27 <br /> REPORTS <br /> To document the results of the site characterization program and the treatment <br /> of the soil presently stockpiled on the site, the following engineering and status <br /> reports will be prepared and submitted to the SJCPHS- <br /> ❑ Quarterly project progress and status reports, including, as <br /> -� appropriate, results of groundwater-quality monitoring. <br /> ❑ Metter report to document the remediation of the soil in the <br /> stockpile, including laboratory certificates of analysis for all <br /> samples analyzed. <br /> ❑ A Site Characterization Report presenting the results of the <br /> site investigation, including all boring logs and laboratory <br /> certificates of analysis for all analyzed samples of soil and <br /> groundwater_ <br /> i <br /> PLANNING FOR SITE REMEDIATION <br /> When the site characterization program is complete, a Corrective Action Plan <br /> (CAP) for the 7500 West Eleventh Street site will be prepared_ That document <br /> will include an evaluation of alternate remedial technologies that may be <br /> applicable to the site-specific conditions. Those evaluations will include <br /> analysis of the magnitude and distribution of concentrations of analytes of Z <br /> concern in soil and groundwater to assess the applicability of passive_ Shu <br /> remediation (i.e. monitoring the progress of natural attenuation and intrinsic <br /> =1 bioremediation of the fuel hydrocarbons present in the subsurface) at this site. <br /> The final choice of remediation technology will be made in consultation with <br /> k_ 1 the SJCHCSA'and will be based on consideration of site-specific applicability, <br /> G'.. cost and efficacy with respect to protection of present and future beneficial <br /> —1 uses of the groundwater beneath the property, as required to comply with the <br /> California Regional Water Quality Control Board — Central Valley Region's <br /> Water Quality Control Plan for the Central Valley. <br /> .I <br /> I_.I <br /> sic <br /> i <br /> ��i <br />
