To secure the on-site work <br /> areas, the zone of the former underground tank pits and the dispenser island area of the <br /> former.fiiling station will be surrounded by a 6-ft. high, chain-link fence with lockable <br /> i gates. Similar chain-link fencing will also be used to secure the area of the stockpiled soil <br /> that is affected by fuel hydrocarbons and the portion of the property where it will be <br /> spread for remediation. <br /> .;a <br /> No visitors, other than workers directly engaged in the work or authorized representatives <br /> of the project engineers, the property owners or regulatory agencies, shall be permitted to <br /> enter the property while the work is in progress.
